James Culp

Mr. Culp’s practice has been focused on defense litigation for nearly 20 years. He has successfully represented clients in the areas of personal injury, trucking, premises liability and product liability. He routinely handles emergency response and investigation of catastrophic truck accidents.  In 2026, Mr. Culp was selected as a Super Lawyer by the Indiana Super Lawyers magazine. Each year, only 5% of Indiana lawyers are selected to belong to this prestigious list. He is admitted to all Indiana state and federal courts and is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and Transportation Lawyers Association. Mr. Culp graduated from Indiana State University (B.S., Finance) and Valparaiso University School of Law (J.D.).
